Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation:
   Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been dispatched.

2. Refund Policy:
   Refunds are applicable only for:
   - Cancelled orders within the allowed timeframe.
   - Defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products.
3. Refund Process:
   Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
   - Custom-made or special-order items.
   - Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
5. Replacement:
   In case of defective or damaged goods, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost after verification.
